in nome del cinema italiano giuro solennemente che:

1) Sono ammessi solo ed esclusivamente film di genere: film demenziali ma solo se senza alcun senso, è ammesso l'horror soprattutto demenziale e senza pretese e la fantasicenza parlata o con FX. Sono assolutamente banditi i film con attori che si piangono addosso in 4 mura.

2) Gli attori vanno scelti in base alla bravura e non alle conoscenze o appartenenze a filoni politici, è preferibile prendere attori che non abbiano mai recitato in Fiction televisive e che abbiamo fatto preferibilmente teatro o cinema indipendente.

3) Il film vede avere un sito internet anche di poche pagine, ma da non prendere troppo sul serio.

4) Gli attori devono essere professionisti e preferibilmente scegliere gente di teatro e non di cinema.

5) Il video deve essere girato esclusivamente nei formati Mini Dvn,Dv cam, o HD e riversato in DVD. Altre forme non sono permesse. Non è ammessa pellicola se non 8 mm riversata in telecinema.

E' ammesso il formato originale per proiezioni pubbliche.

6) Il film deve avere almeno un pezzo di musica di cantanti non famosi o ormai in disuso, disperati e che nessuno caga più. E' ammessa musica demenziale. I pezzi possono essere usati anche Live e facendo venire il musicista sul set.

7) Il film deve contenere solo azioni superficiali (Omicidi, armi, stupri e quant'altro sono ammessi...)

8) E' bandito l'uso di attori troppo conosciuti o figli di papà.

9) E' ammesso sia il colore che il B/n.

10) Il film non può essere di interesse culturale nazionale.

11) Il film non deve essere un medio o cortometraggio, ma deve avere una durata minima di 50 minuti.

Giuro inoltre di non mettermi in testa di fare il capolavoro della storia del cinema o il film che non cambierà la vita di nessuno.
